  21. as required Refined oil few drops.
  22. 1 teaspoon. Black rai,
  23. 1/2 teaspoon. half teaspoon.

  27. as required Tomatto chutney.

Steps to make to make Masala Dosa, sambar, coconut, dhania chutney

  1. First step take a mixie grinder wash your urad dal, grind a fine paste. Then, take your idli rice raw rice, and poha mixture make a good paste then combined all the mixture add salt and all the materials with the help of your hand mix nicely. Let them be outside temperature... For 2hours.
  2. Then take potato boil them cut one onion. Make potato subji. Mix with green chilli, urad dal, chana dal, badam, curry leaves, salt, mix everything in a two teaspoon refined oil. And decore with coriander leaves and lemon juice half. Your masala ready.
  3. Take a kadai fry in the refined oil mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, tomato, garlic, onion in to golden brown with red chilli let them, cool add salt and, grind, it in a mixie then your, tomato garlic spicy chutney ready.
  4. Take a kadai fry your black rai, urad dal, chana dal, green chilli, coriander leaves, capsicum, imli few and onion into golden fry.
  5. Then add little bit of salt then grind in a mixie add lemon drops over to your chutney then your coriander and capsicum chutney ready.
  6. Coconut chutney:Take coconut scrap it mix with your fried puffed chana dal, chilli, salt everything grind in a mixie and make a tadka.
  7. Muli and small onion sambar:Take one cup of Arahar dal boiled it. Keep it away cut tour muli and onion keep it away. In a hot water immerse imli take a paste. Take a kadai pour some refined oil pour black rai, methi seed, curry leaves,

Hing few after that booled muli and onion fry it add your sambar powder, pour your imli paste let them cook for sometime add haldi,, salt finally add your Arahar dal (boiled)smashed with your spatula mix with your sambar materials let them cook for sometime decorate with coriander leaves.
