- Half boil rice.. Remove excess water..let it cool
- Mix kesar and milk..keep aside
- Take a pan..heat oil.. Add tej patta..laung..Sabut Elaichi,cinnamon stick, Jeera.. Ginger garlic paste..All diced vegetables and cook at low heat..
- When cooked. Add all spices and tomato puree..
- Take another pan.. Grease it.. Put little Jeera.. Spread 1 layer of rice
- Then put cooked vegetable mix
- Then again put a layer of rice.. Again Put vegetable mix..
- Then put the 3rd layer of rice..put gatte.. Again put some rice over it
- And put kesar milk Mix onto it..
- Cover the lid..tightly..
- Cook for 15 mins at low heat.
- It's done.. Open.. And let it sit for sometime.
- Then Mix slightly and garnish with fresh coriander and fried kaju
