  1. Heat the Oil, Saute the whole spices for 10 secs.
  2. Add the Slice Onions and give a nice saute with slit green chilies, coriander and mint leaf..
    Now add half of the given capsicum (slices) along with tomato slices and saute till it gets cook well by adding Salt and Turmeric Powder.
  3. Now add 300 ml of water and allow it to boil.
    Once it is boiled add the soaked rice to the boiling water.
    Once the water settles and simmers add the coconut milk and simmer the hot range.
  4. Add 1/2 tsp of Garam Masala and 2 spoons of ghee on top and allow it to steam for 20 minutes by by covering with a heavy lid.
  5. Once you open the steaming, top it with some Ghee and Finely chopped Mint leaves to complete.
