Ingredients and spices that need to be Make ready to make Singaporean rice:
- 1 kg boneless chicken cubes
- Marinate in🌸
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 3 tbsp corn flour
- Some water
- 1/2 packet spaghetti
- 2 Carrots cut julieline
- 3 green onions green part
- 1 cup cabbage shredded
- 1/2 cup capsicum
- 2 tbsp oil for frying vegetables
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper crushed
- 1 tsp salt
- For orange sauce 🌸
- 2 cups Mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp Green chillies chopped
- For Rice 🌸
- 4 cups boiled rice with
- 3 _4 tbsp chicken powder
- 1 tsp salt or according to need
- For Chicken sauce 🌸
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 tbsp ginger julienne cut
- 1/2 cup tomatoes puree
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 _2 tbsp green chillies cut in strips
- For tempering /tarka🌸
- 2 tbsp garlic slices
- 1 tbsp Green chillies cut in strips
- 3 _4 tbsp oil
Instructions to make to make Singaporean rice
- It's a step wise recipe Arrange all the ingredients near soak rice. Cut all vegetables.

- Marinate chicken cubes in salt, black pepper soy sauce and corn flour with some water and keep for 1 hour than shallow fry it for few mins till 70 %cooked take out.

- In one pot boil water for spaghetti with some salt and oil I have broken spaghetti in half before boiling, when full done strain.

- Make drizzling sauce with Mayonnaise mix some water and curry powder (it gives such good flavour to it otherwise ketchup) mix well and add green onions chopped in it n mix sauce is ready. If colour is very light add more curry powder but not too much


- Heat oil and saute vegetables, add soy sauce, salt n black pepper mix and cook for few seconds and take out in plate


- Make chicken sauce
Heat oil and add ginger julienne fry for few secs add green chillies n fry so aroma gets in oil than add tomatoes puree, with 1cup water cook and add red chilli powder, salt, ketchup, soy sauce cook and add chicken fried, cook covered till done and thick sauce is ready
Boil rice with salt and chicken powder and some oil when cooked strain them



- Assemble the Singaporean rice, keep all things prepared near by.
In same pot use for boiling rice add some oil, than 2_3 cups rice than spaghetti half,some orange sauce. vegetables layer half sprinkle some rice than half chicken sauce, than rice and repeat all layers in end rice layer on top save some sauce for drizzling on top of serving dish





- One more important step which enhance the taste of these rice is tarka of garlic and green chillies
Heat 3tbsp oil put sliced garlic in it and add green chillies sliced when garlic is brown add hot on last rice layer and cover lid and give dum for 10mins
