  5. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  6. 3 tbsp corn flour
  7. Some water
  8. 1/2 packet spaghetti
  9. 2 Carrots cut julieline
  10. 3 green onions green part
  11. 1 cup cabbage shredded
  12. 1/2 cup capsicum
  13. 2 tbsp oil for frying vegetables
  14. 1/4 cup soy sauce
  15. 1 tsp black pepper crushed
  16. 1 tsp salt
  17. For orange sauce 🌸
  18. 2 cups Mayonnaise
  19. 4 tbsp water
  20. 1 tbsp curry powder
  21. 2 tbsp Green chillies chopped
  22. For Rice 🌸
  23. 4 cups boiled rice with
  24. 3 _4 tbsp chicken powder
  25. 1 tsp salt or according to need
  26. For Chicken sauce 🌸
  27. 1/2 cup oil
  28. 2 tbsp ginger julienne cut
  29. 1/2 cup tomatoes puree
  30. 1/2 cup ketchup
  31. 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  32. 1 tbsp salt
  33. 1 tsp soy sauce
  34. 1 _2 tbsp green chillies cut in strips
  35. For tempering /tarka🌸
  36. 2 tbsp garlic slices
  37. 1 tbsp Green chillies cut in strips
  38. 3 _4 tbsp oil

Instructions to make to make Singaporean rice

  1. It's a step wise recipe Arrange all the ingredients near soak rice. Cut all vegetables.
  2. Marinate chicken cubes in salt, black pepper soy sauce and corn flour with some water and keep for 1 hour than shallow fry it for few mins till 70 %cooked take out.
  3. In one pot boil water for spaghetti with some salt and oil I have broken spaghetti in half before boiling, when full done strain.
  4. Make drizzling sauce with Mayonnaise mix some water and curry powder (it gives such good flavour to it otherwise ketchup) mix well and add green onions chopped in it n mix sauce is ready. If colour is very light add more curry powder but not too much
  5. Heat oil and saute vegetables, add soy sauce, salt n black pepper mix and cook for few seconds and take out in plate
  6. Make chicken sauce
    Heat oil and add ginger julienne fry for few secs add green chillies n fry so aroma gets in oil than add tomatoes puree, with 1cup water cook and add red chilli powder, salt, ketchup, soy sauce cook and add chicken fried, cook covered till done and thick sauce is ready

    Boil rice with salt and chicken powder and some oil when cooked strain them
  7. Assemble the Singaporean rice, keep all things prepared near by.
    In same pot use for boiling rice add some oil, than 2_3 cups rice than spaghetti half,some orange sauce. vegetables layer half sprinkle some rice than half chicken sauce, than rice and repeat all layers in end rice layer on top save some sauce for drizzling on top of serving dish
  8. One more important step which enhance the taste of these rice is tarka of garlic and green chillies
    Heat 3tbsp oil put sliced garlic in it and add green chillies sliced when garlic is brown add hot on last rice layer and cover lid and give dum for 10mins
