  23. 2 cups shreaded mix veggies (cabbage, carrot, capsicum)

  27. 2 cups Rice (boiled half done)

Instructions to make to make Cabbage manchurian and fried rice

  1. For manchurian: mix all the veggies and onions in a bowl. Mix all the sauces, salt, pepper powder and cornflour and maida to make adough. Make small round balls. Heat the oil and fry manchurian balls till golden brown.
  2. For gravy: take a pan heat oil and put finely chopped onions and fry fthem for 2-3 minutes. Add all the veggies and stir fry for few minutes. Add sauces and salt pepper powder. Cook for 2 minutes and then add cornflour and maida mixture (dissolved in water) add water as required to make a semi liquid gravy. Cookifot2 minutes and turn off the gas
  3. For fried rice: Take a pan and pour oil. Add chopped onions and sauté for 2 minutes. Then add chopped mix veggies and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add sauces and seasoning. Mix well and now add half done boiled rice and mix well. Add a little water if required. Cover the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes or until rice is cooked properly. Your fried rice are ready to eat
  4. Before serving heat the gravy and put manchurian balls in it and take a boil. Serve hot with hot fried rice 🍚
