- 1 cup Beans
- 1 cup Capsicum
- 3 tbsp Ginger finely chopped
- 3 tbsp Garlic finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Green chillies
- 1/2 cup Refined flour
- 1 cup Corn Flour
- 2 tbsp Black pepper powder
- As per taste Salt
- As required Oil for frying
Instructions to make to make Triple Schezwan Fried Rice
- In a pan heat oil and add ginger and garlic and saute for 2 minutes.


- Add cabbage, carrot and beans to the pan and saute it for 5-6 minutes.

- Then add salt, pepper, chilli sauce, soy sauce and schezwan chutney to the mixture.

- Finally, add cooked rice and noodles and mix it and top it with spring onions.

- For Manchurian: In a bowl add cabbage, carrot, beans, capsicum and green chillies.
- Add salt, pepper, refined flour and cornflour to the mixture and mix it gently.


- Make small balls from the mixture.

- Fry it in hot oil on low flame for about 4-5 minutes or until they turn brown.
