  3. Now add turmeric + Biryani masala and stir fry for 3-4 minutes. Add rice, mix gently, add salt + sugar and fry for 5-6 minutes under medium flame.
  4. Add ghee, cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes under low flame. Veg fried rice is done.
