- For First Marination
- 500 gms Boneless Chicken Breasts
- As Per Taste Salt
- 1 Tbsp ginger-garlic-green chilli paste
- For Second Marination
- As Required Prepared Chicken marination
- 3 Tbsp Deghi Mirch
- 1/4 cup mustard oil
- As per taste Salt
- As per taste Black salt
- 1 Tbsp ginger chopped
- 1 Tbsp garlic chopped
- 1 Tbsp coriander stems chopped
- 1 Tbsp hung curd
- 1 Tbsp roasted Besan
- 3 cups boiled rice
- 1 medium size onion cubed
- 1 medium size green capsicum cubed
- 1 medium size tomato cubed
- 1 Tbsp ghee
- 3 Tbsp mustard oil
- 2-4 green chillies chopped
- As Required Coriander leaves
- 1 charcoal
- 3-4 burger cubes
Steps to make to make Chicken Tikka Pulao
- For First Marination - on a chopping board cut the boneless chicken into 3 parts, add to a bowl, add salt and ginger-garlic-green chili paste, and mix. Set aside in the refrigerator for 1 hr.


- For Second Marination- In a bowl keep Deghi Mirch soaked in water overnight and add to a bowl, add mustard oil, coriander stalks chopped, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, black salt, and salt and blend smooth. Add to a bowl


- Add chicken pieces, add hung curd, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and roasted Besan, and mix



- In a pan heat oil and ghee and add the chicken pieces to fry 60%


- In the same oil add some of the red chili paste, mix, add cubed veggies and sprinkle 1/4 cup water and sauté the veggies for 2 mins, set aside

- Add chicken pieces retaining some and some cubed veggies to the same pan, place heated charcoal in the center and add some butter, cover to get a smoky flavour


- In the same pan with the juices there and the veggies and chicken pieces there, spread the boiled rice evenly. For the remaining chicken, tikkas cut and put into skewers with some veggies, and place them on the rice while keeping the flame low. Cover and cook for 2 mins


- Add some chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chilies, and some butter cubes

- In a karai placed on a low flame add some rice, some chicken tikka, cubed veggies, and the skewer with tikka on top, add some butter to give a sizzler effect, and enjoy 😊
