- Take a pan add all all chopped vegetables mix curd, salt,red chilli powder,haldi,1 tsdesi ghee and ginger garlic powder and marinate for half an hour.
- Take a pan on Gas stove put two tablespooni desi ghee and put all dry masala and the marinated vegetables into it and covered for till it become soft. Cook on slow to medium flame.
- On on other side boil water add it when water boils at add bay leaf, laung, badi elaichi choti elaichi,1tsp Desi ghee add soaked rice and 1 tbsp Rose water. Cook till rice cooked for about 80%.and drain it

4. Now sprinkle brown onion, sprinkle biryani masala, chopped mint, coriander, pinch salt, 1tsp Desi ghee,1tsp kewra water

Again fried onion, sprinkle biryani masala, mint, coriander leaves,salt, desi ghee,kewra water and lastly milk mixed with saffron. - Now cover handi with aluminium foil and put lid over it cook on slow flame for5_10 mins or tillrice become soft.
