- In a mixing bowl take all the flour(wheat, besan and bajra).Add chopped fenugreek leaves. Add all the spices, curd and sesame seeds. Add oil to it and knead the dough.



- Cover and keep it aside for 5 minutes. After that make small balls and flatten them into the shape of roti with a rolling pin. Heat a pan and cook the thepla like paratha. Thepla is ready.



- Enjoy with pickle, curd, or any sabji of your choice.
