  18. 2-3 tbsp oil

  1. Place all the ingredients at one place.
  2. In a pan put oil & add chopped garlic fry it. Then add whole red chilli.
  3. Now add chicken and cook until tender.
  4. Now add carrot & capsicum & cook for 1-2 minutes. Then add add cabbage.
  5. Now add oyster sauce, soya sauce & chilli sauce.
  6. Add lemon juice, salt & black pepper.
  7. Add white pepper, chicken powder & sugar. Mix well.
  8. Add water let it boil. Meanwhile dissolve cornflour with cold water.
  9. Add cornflour & stir continuously. Then add spring onion & mix well.
  10. Szechuan chicken is ready to serve.
