- Add the chilli paste. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Pour 1/2 cup water.. Add sugar, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Cook covered on medium low flame till it turn thick. Cook till oil separates.
- Stir in the soya sauce. Then add vinegar. Mix well and cook just for 2 minutes.
- Cool the sauce completely and store in a glass jar. It can be used upto 2 months.
