Ingredients and spices that need to be Prepare to make Kung Pao chicken:
- 250 gm chicken cut into cubes
- Marination
- 1 egg
- 2 tbs cornflour
- Salt to taste
- Gravy
- 6-7 red button chilies
- 1 onion (cut into cubes)
- 1 carrot (cut unto cubes)
- 1/2 capsicum (cut into cubes)
- 1 sachet knorr chicken stock
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbs oyster sauce
- 2 tbs soya sauce
- Chilli oil
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 tbs crushed chilies
- 2 tbs red chili powder
- Oil for frying
Steps to make to make Kung Pao chicken
- Cut chicken breast into cubes. Crack an egg and add corn flour. Mix it well. And keep aside for 15-20 mins



- Chili oil: Take a small pot or pan, pour oil and heat it up. Put chili flakes and chili powder. Mix it with spoon and wait for the chili smell.



- Strain it and use for Chinese gravies.


- Cut the vegetables into cubes. Mean while, prepare the pan for frying chicken. Heat it up pan with oil and put chicken in it and start frying.


- Once it turns golden from all over, take it out in the strainer. On the other hand, take a pan, put it on stove and pour little bit oil. Add all the vegetables and fry.



- Put all chicken also and fry agains pour 1 cup of water and 1 sachet of chicken stock. Add oyster sauce, soya sauce and chili oil. Mix it well and cover it for 5 mins.
