  3. For make gravy, in a pan add mustard oil,bay leaves,cumin seeds,whole red chili,fry for few mints. Now add ginger &green chili &tomato paste, cook for 1mints.Then add salt & turmeric powder & cumin & coriander powder,mixed well and cook for 2mints. Then add curd and mixed in low flame. Now add water and fried kofta balls. Cover it and cook for 5mints. Atlast add garam masala &1tbsp ghee. cover it for at least 3/4 mints then serve it.
